The #Eagles are making a QB change: It’ll be Joe Milton III for Sunday’s game against the #Giants, sources tell @AdamSchefter and me.
Less than a month after signing in Philly, Milton takes over for Tanner McKee.
I've been looking for an update on Jalen Hurts. This is good to see.

This story is the very reason I will forever call @vj_edgecombe the "Generator", & it is so fitting for his unique style of Basketball skillz. I must be getting old & soft because this video almost had me in tears.

The Galactic Federation
Just an interesting read for fun or you could take it seriously, to each their own.
GALACTIC FEDERATION WARNING: You Have Until November 30 — Starseeds November 2026
Starseed, three things are true for you right now, and the Galactic Federation asked me to name all three before I explain any of them.
One. There is something you have wanted to say to one specific person since the beginning of October, and you have not said it, and you have told yourself that not saying it is maturity.
Two. You have been accepting less than you deserve from somebody close to you, and you know it, and you have been calling it patience.
Three. Something from years ago came back into your head this month, a person or a grief or an old fear, and it scared you, because you thought you were past it.
Since October 24, Mercury has been moving backward in Scorpio. Mercury governs your word: what you say, what you write, what you decide to tell someone. Since October 3, Venus has been moving backward too. Venus governs your love and your worth: who you let close, what you accept from them, what you think you deserve. On November 13, both of them turn forward again, on the same day. From a Galactic Federation perspective, the six weeks of review are over, and whatever you now know, you know.
Then the deadline. Mercury finishes with this part of the sky on November 30. What is said by November 30 is done. What is not said by November 30 goes back where it was, and the next time the sky gives you a review like this is next year. The Galactic Federation is exact about this: it is a real deadline, not a figure of speech.
Why does this land harder on a starseed? Because of what a starseed is. A starseed is a soul that came to this planet from somewhere else, on assignment, with one job built in: to be the one who feels what is true before anyone else can see it. It is why you have been the one everybody leans on, your whole life, without ever once being leaned on back. You could feel what they needed. Nobody could feel what you needed. So you stopped saying it.
The first thing November closes is the simplest to name. You have been swallowing it. The message you typed and deleted. The conversation you ended early. The “it’s fine” that was not fine. The invoice you did not send.
And you were taught to swallow it, not only by your family but by the spiritual world you turned to for help. You were told to keep it high vibration, which meant do not bring up anything negative, even if it is true. You were told to protect your peace, which meant leave the hard conversation instead of having it. And you were told do not react, rise above, which turned swallowing your anger into a spiritual achievement. According to the Galactic Federation, your silence is not holy. The Aquarian Ascension Teachings say it plainly: your own word is your value as a human being.
The second thing November closes is harder to admit. You keep the peace by disappearing. When something is wrong you go quiet, you get smaller, you take up less room until the problem passes. On November 13, Venus turns forward in Libra, the sign of balance. The Galactic Federation’s read is direct: you do not have to end anything. You have to stop disappearing in it.
The third thing is the one that scared you. On November 9 the new moon arrives in Scorpio, a beginning that starts with something hidden. The Aquarian Ascension Teachings describe the subconscious mind as a storehouse: what you could not deal with at the time, you stored, and it keeps affecting your decisions. The old thing coming back is not a setback. It is the storehouse opening, because the next chapter of your ascension has to be built out of what is in it, not on top of it.
Then November turns. On November 16, Mars meets Jupiter in Leo and gives you three days of courage. Those are the days to do the visible version of what you decided on November 13. On November 24, a supermoon in Gemini rises right next to Uranus, and something gets said out loud that nobody planned. The Galactic Federation is unambiguous here: if you said your sentence on your own terms, the supermoon confirms it. If you left it unsaid, the supermoon says it for you, at a moment you did not choose.
And on November 25, Mars enters Virgo and stays for eight months. That is why it sticks this time. Nothing you do once changes you. Doing it again changes you.
One more thing. November is the 11th month, and 2026 adds up to 10. In the Aquarian Ascension Teachings the tenth body is the Radiant Body, your presence. The 11th is all ten bodies working as one. Here is what it looks like when they do not: you know one thing and say another. You feel one thing and do another. You see the truth and smile. What the Galactic Federation sees for every starseed this month is one instruction: let what you know, what you feel, what you say and what you do become the same thing. That is 5D consciousness in a human body.
The full transmission, with the two kundalini tools in the protocols, is on my YouTube channel now.
PS: If you have known for a long time that the next step in your ascension is teaching, I am opening the Aquarian Ascension Teacher Training, where KAT, the Kundalini Activation Technique, becomes your daily practice until it lives in your body, and you learn to lead a class where 5D consciousness rises in your students. You do not need to be a practitioner yet. Seats in the first training will be limited, and the waitlist is the only door in. When they are gone, they are gone.

We are here with you,

Mental Pliancy and Pacifying the Senses
UNIFYING THE MIND, PACIFYING THE SENSES, AND THE ARISING OF MEDITATIVE JOY
PRACTICES TO HELP ACHIEVE PHYSICAL PLIANCY AND MEDITATIVE JOY (Cont.)
The Luminous Jhānas
These are deeper than the whole-body or pleasure jhānas, and are called “luminous” because the object of meditation used for entering the 1st jhāna is the illumination phenomenon. This inner light is often called a nimitta, 10 and the sensations of the breath are abandoned in favor of this luminous nimitta. Because it is mind-generated, rather than being a true sensory object, it allows all sensory content to be completely excluded from consciousness.
Not everyone experiences the inner illumination phenomenon, so not everyone can practice these jhānas. If you’re one of those people, don’t worry. Jhāna practice isn’t essential to mastering Stage Eight. Also, even deeper jhānas will become available once you’ve mastered the later Stages.
The nimitta may begin as a soft, fuzzy, or misty illumination; as a glowing disk or sphere; or as star-like, flickering pinpoints of light. If the nimitta is dim at first, it will gradually brighten, the pinpoints will expand, or multiple sparkles will coalesce. Colored lights tend to pale toward white, and the nimitta becomes more radiant, bright, and clear.
When it appears, resist the temptation to chase the nimitta. It will usually disappear if you direct attention toward it too soon. To cultivate the nimitta, keep your attention focused on the breath sensations while allowing the illumination to grow and brighten in peripheral awareness. At the same time, don’t completely disregard it. Be as fully aware of it as you can without diverting attention toward it. Sometimes, it won’t appear at all. Just remain patient. Eventually, it will be there all the time. Also, don’t try to will it to grow or intensify. That actually prevents the nimitta from developing naturally, making it fade away.
The nimitta must develop on its own. As it intensifies, sensations associated with pacification of the senses fade from peripheral awareness. Sustained subtle
dullness can sometimes creep in as you allow the nimitta to develop in the background, so be careful that doesn’t happen. Otherwise, you can get stuck, and your undeveloped nimitta just won’t go anywhere.
As you’ll soon discover, attention occasionally alternates with the nimitta in peripheral awareness. That’s all right, because alternating attention lets you
know when the nimitta has become stable enough to accept attention. Eventually, you will notice that when attention shifts to the nimitta it no longer fades. Once that happens, you can intentionally allow attention to alternate between the nimitta and the breath. Attention will naturally be drawn to the nimitta, spending more and more time with it.
At some point, the breath and the nimitta will both be receiving the same amount of attention, and the two will seem to merge. When this happens, start working with the nimitta. First, intentionally let it recede into the background, appearing small and distant. Then, bring it in close so that it completely fills your visual field. Next, try shifting the bright center of the nimitta up or down, or from side to side. When the nimitta is stable enough that you can control it like this, you’re ready to completely abandon the physical sensations of the breath and attend exclusively to the nimitta. Not everyone will succeed in moving the nimitta, but that doesn’t matter. As long as your efforts don’t cause it to fade, it’s stable enough to use for entering jhāna.
