The reaction to Chelsea beating Wrexham has been genuinely bizarre. You’ve got professional pundits and fans openly calling for VAR to be scrapped, even though it intervened correctly on two occasions simply because it denied them the romantic outcome they wanted.
We scream for VAR when it makes huge mistakes, but when it gets decisions right and the team people wanted to win doesn’t, suddenly the system is the problem. That kind of selective outrage is pure madness.

Any normal website you click the brand logo and you go to the homepage. It is impossible to get to the Air NZ homepage when in the middle of a booking. And you can't cancel out of that booking. So the only way to get back to the Air NZ homepage is to type in the home page address again (actually that doesn't really work as it autofills the previous full address so you end up having to type the whole address with a space at the end then backspace to enter the address).
It may seem trivial but that extra 10 seconds and customer frustration must lead you to losing a lot of customers in that moment. You probably spend a lot of time and money on page load times but you drop the ball here on something so simple.

You need to invest $5m ($US3m) to get a “gold visa” to New Zealand (important note: you keep the investment, it’s not the cost of the visa). You just need to be in NZ for 21 days per year and then after 3 years you can apply for residency. Seems like a good insurance policy.
