The City DOTE is recommending the least favorable set up for bus riders. We can not justify spending this amount of money and this project isnt the best possible. To me, our DOTE staff are stuck in the 80s. If we dont get this project right we can kiss rail goodbye. – at Indianapolis, IN

It’s 2026 and Israel just ran a multi-day paid influencer campaign to convince you they didn’t do 9/11.
That’s how fucked they are.

Queue jumps in Cincinnati when? This is absolutely CRITICAL to the success or failure of our BRT project – at Washington, DC
We're overhauling 116th Street to make your bus faster: 2.5 miles of new bus lanes. Queue jumps that give buses a green light before other vehicles at intersections. Protected bike lanes. 35,000 square feet of new pedestrian space.
This redesign will speed up commutes for more than 65,000 daily bus riders across 10 routes and improve safety for everyone on 116th Street. Because you should be spending less time in traffic and more time enjoying the greatest city in the world.

Thanks also to the community councils for gathering additional questions from residents to share. I can share responses once they are received. Most important is to be transparent & share back a plan so residents know what to expect.
