Don’t care what level of baseball/softball you play…
The same things win that have always won:
•Getting ahead in the count
•No hard-hit 0-2/1-2 pitches
•Making routine defensive plays
•Winning in Energy
•Executing your offense
Winners win.
Show up on purpose.

In an age of baseball filled with pimping homers and bat flips (which are great), there’s something incredible about this home run trot by Altuve after hitting the biggest home run in MLB this season. He’s been there, done that. It’s a quiet confidence.
‼️GREAT EXAMPLE OF BUYING INTO YOUR ROLE AND BEING READY

Accountability isn’t about punishment, it’s about growth. It’s about believing people are capable of a higher standard, and fighting for them to pursue that standard.
Accountability is not something you do to someone, it’s something you do for someone.
Call people up, not out.
