The @FNBarnBurner team strikes again. They start talking about lack of games for Hanley. He then gets an opportunity and scores a goal. #Flames

It's hard dating a man who's been single tor years. One little inconvenience and he's ready to be single again. A man who's been single for years isn't afraid of losing a relationship. He's already learned how to sleep alone, handle his problems, pay his bills, and enjoy his own company. You think threatening to leave will make him beg? He might just open the door. Because once a man gets addicted to peace, even a beautiful woman can start looking like an unnecessary headache. You're not competing with other women. You're competing with a life he already enjoys. Men who've been single for years, tell me I'm lying.

This absolute tool of a human being voted for Option 1 in the October 19th referendum, which is the status quo. Alberta is under-represented in Ottawa, by a huge margin, but he voted against fixing that. Now he's complaining that adjusting the provincial boundaries is under-representing his city....get this....in Ottawa. Pick a lane buddy. Actually, you know what? Just do your fucking job and fix the water lines.
Your vote shouldn't count for less because you live in Calgary. Under the proposed election map, 26 of our 28 seats would have far more people than the average, meaning we're 2 MLAs short of our fair share. We want fair representation for Alberta in Ottawa. Calgary deserves the same from Edmonton.

Provincial Boundaries!?? No. Budget deliberations are 20 days away. A few of us on Council have already found enough cuts to bring the tax increase down to single digits. Meanwhile the Mayor spends his time fighting transparency and picking provincial fights, hoping to distract you from the upcoming tax hike. If that's where his heart is, there's still time to run for MLA.

Core services, first. Before Council funds anything optional, we should fund the services Calgary can’t function without: safe drinking water, police and fire protection, roads and transit. At my Ward 11 budget town hall last week, the residents who joined me liked having a clear test for what counts as core. I ask three questions: Is it the City’s job under Alberta law? Would losing it put people at risk or seriously disrupt daily life? Does it provide a public system that households can’t reasonably provide for themselves? Water passes all three. I want Calgary’s urgent water repairs funded now and the work to replace aging pipes to keep moving. I voted against the four-year water rate increases because I believe Council can do more to keep bills affordable. I’m prepared to cut optional spending elsewhere in the budget to ease the pressure on households. When I vote on this budget, I’ll start by asking whether we’ve funded the services Calgarians depend on. Only then should we decide what else we can afford. Core services, first.

Hey @JeromyYYC and the @cityofcalgary. Try and pull the Nenshi move of scooping up the Provincial tax cut and just watch the anger you generate. Tread carefully if you want to be more than a one term Mayor and council. The city is watching.

Hey @JeromyYYC maybe you should audit these expenses before you talk about increasing utility bills on Calgarians by 50%. Comically bad.

Complaining about a guy being authentic, and if he loses somehow being authentic will be a problem? God forbid someone is real and not in boring mold of hockey interviews. Then add in Williams complaining about Gridin's goal celebration on Monday. Loosen up fellas. It is sports.
O-Dog warns that Devin Cooley's fun interviews could backfire if his play worsens 👀😅 #OverDrive
