A few months ago before September, the President promised that first years to universities will learn free of charge, it never happened, instead Lecturers went on strike due to none payment of the CBA and learning at universities is at a standstill. While in Ukambani-Kitui the Head of State has promised free education at Universities, TVETs and Colleges, how will this happen when today students are not even learning? We are in trouble as a country.
