Live tests we’ve been running on @pacifica_fi with a long-only grid trading setup are progressing steadily. Our bot has been running continuously for 24+ hours, and we’ve reached the stability level we were aiming for across open orders, fill mapping/flow, and clean shutdown (order cleanup + safe position handling). Generating $50,000+ in trading volume in a single day while staying profitable/positive is an important signal for the test phase. Next steps: longer stress tests (hours/days), higher-volatility conditions, and maintaining the same performance across different grid steps and risk limits.

Today, during our long-only grid bot tests on @pacifica_fi, we crossed a solid “stability” milestone. The idea of grid trading may look simple, but in real markets the critical part isn’t the strategy itself—it’s having the infrastructure run flawlessly: orders being placed correctly, preventing duplicate risk, mapping fills to the right levels, recovering smoothly even if the WS disconnects, cleaning up orders on shutdown, and closing the position safely. From the 1D chart I’m sharing, we can see a small but positive result during testing: +0.16% / +$4.83. The number matters less than the fact that the bot behaved properly in a live flow. Next goals: longer stress tests (hours/days), more volatile conditions, and maintaining the same stability across different grid ranges and risk limits.
