“Resettlement for the people of Gaza “ in Sinai is nothing less than ethnic cleansing
OPINION: The facts demonstrate that the northern Sinai Peninsula is an ideal location to develop a spacious resettlement for the people of Gaza.

The barbaric, depraved assault by Hamas on Oct 7 does not in any way excuse what is happening in Gaza now . Even if a third of the 17,000 + dead are combatants, two innocent lives for each Hamas fighter is not acceptable . This assault needs to end now .

I find this man so impressive I do not have the words to express it. He's gone through unimaginable tragedy this week and yet he is the model of journalistic composure and professionalism. I've never seen anything like it.
Less than 24 hrs after #Israeli strikes killed his wife, son Mahmoud (16), daughter Sham (7) & grandchild Adam (18m), the voice of #Gaza, @WaelDahdouh is back in front of the camera to report the ongoing Israeli offensive on the besieged enclave.
This is his response to them.

This speech by Prince Turki al-Faisal is, in my view the best to come so far from an #Arab leading figure on the current atrocities in #Gaza & #Israel. Clear condemnation of Hamas's violations against civilians that he anchored in local and Islamic values rather than international law, which makes it more relatable to many. He is also very clear on the Israeli's violations and of those in the region who aided #Hamas.
He reminds people that 'Two wrongs don't make a right'

Police arrested head of Republic & other protesters, confiscated Republic’s official placards, photographed us & erected huge barriers in front of protest so the king would not see us. It’s an outrageous abuse of police powers and an attack of freedom of expression

This is a perfect illustration of how poor our politicians are.
