I was weirdly doing a Sunday student-radio shift at Ithaca College when this happened. They just slapped you together with an on-air partner, and mine suddenly had a coughing fit, left the studio and never returned. Dumb me had to describe alone what I was watching on television. The listener certainly paid the price. One of the most exciting Browns performances of all time.
October 24, 1993 Eric Metcalf ties an NFL single-game record with two punt return touchdowns as the Browns sink the Steelers in Cleveland, 28-23. A 91-yard second quarter spectacular, then later a dramatic 75-yard game-winner with just over 2:00 remaining in the game

Praying this burns bright.
Just saw the first 17 minutes of THE FURTHER MIS-ADVENTURES OF CLIFF BOOTH at #AFIFEST Can’t give away plot details other than it featured the shots below but what I can say is I think David Fincher directing a Quentin Tarantino screenplay is going to be one hell of a good time

The “Out of Time” sequence in ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD (2019) feels like a love letter to a Los Angeles that exists only in memory.
What’s a movie scene where every technical element, from the cinematography and editing to the sound design, score and direction, came together so perfectly that it felt like pure filmmaking magic?

A bomb? What are we doing? @diggerthemovie is the best film I’ve seen since Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. It’s as if Tarantino, Birdman and Wes Anderson wildly banged. @TomCruise might have just unfurled his best work.

Wanted to sleep on it, but after going back and rewatching the game last night after getting home — I think we might've been watching something last night. To have been in the building for that moment is pretty cool. xitter.cf/MarcSessler/status/211…

This is f’ing badass. Ride your horse to the forefront.
Browns are 4-2 with a lot of credit to this defense- and Schwesinger has full command of it

Danny DeVito says he gave Quentin Tarantino final cut on Pulp Fiction with a handshake, then kept his word after people walked out of a test screening "Final Cut is like gold." "It's not going to be on paper." "20 people walked out of the movie." "Nobody ever changed a thing." Plenty of producers would have started trimming the second people headed for the exits. DeVito held the power, let a young filmmaker with one movie behind him keep his cut, and that version became Pulp Fiction. A promise made with no contract is the kind that tells you who someone is. ft: @allthesmokeprod ALL THE SMOKE on youtube
