Sometimes the hardest part isn’t figuring out what you want. It’s continuing to want it when getting there becomes less fun than you imagined.
The things we care about can still frustrate us.
The work we love can exhaust us.
The life we chose can occasionally make us wonder what exactly we were thinking.
A hard season doesn’t always mean you chose the wrong thing.
Don’t confuse being tired of the road with being done with the destination.🤍

I used to think leadership meant being perfect. But we aren’t perfect. We are human. Authentic leadership starts with knowing who you are first as a person. Ready to do the inner work? Dive into my free interactive tool by sending me a message or commenting⬇️
