I don’t care about having abs. I’m happy having a strong back, over looking like I’m adverse to food 🤘 I eat everything and lift. I’d rather look strong than hungry.
Genuinely happy to be lifting. Once I’d have been gutted at the weight. But these days whilst I’ll lift more again. I’m just happy to be here and enjoying training again.

It’s been 9 months since dislocating my other shoulder and having both my pec and bicep hang on by a thread. Whilst it’s not where I left off, it’s probably never will be. Even with pain I can get the bar moving again. 🙏
My little potato boy. Proper man’s best friend. 3 years of abuse and I get to be his forever human. Give him the best life I can. He’s paid me back in spades this last 4 months as id have struggled without him. He’s definitely rescued me ♥️ my Stanley.

Renting in the UK is fucking backwards.
You can spend £1,200 a month paying someone else's mortgage.
That's £14,400 a year going towards an asset you'll never own.
But the bank won't give you an £800 a month mortgage because you “can't afford the repayments.”
Apparently £1,200 a month is affordable when it goes to your landlord.
But £800 a month is suddenly unaffordable when it goes towards owning the place yourself.
Make it make sense.
From rescue to beach day. Another first. I’m so chuffed Stanley likes the sea. For me being near the sea is home. Once I get back on my feet that’ll be the move for me and my best friend 🐾 today has been ace 🙏
