If Jaylen Brown had requested a trade from the Celtics it would have been wildly reported at the time of it happening. At the very least it would have been leaked all over the place after the trade occurred

Let me get this straight, Jaylen was a consistent pillar of the Boston community, where Tatum did the bare minimum events sanctioned by the NBA, and won both the MVP of the ECF and the NBA Finals, while Tatum was nowhere to be found. All while being his constant scapegoat time and time again.

If Jaylen Brown had requested a trade back in June, that would've been widely reported and we would've heard about it.
In fact, it was widely reported that Brown never once demanded a trade and it was Boston's decision to deal him.
