Please consider helping 💕 School starts in one week! I’m excited but there is so much to do! Will you help support my students with a small purchase from my @amazon wishlist? amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3T… #clearthelist2026 #JohnClearMyList

I am heartbroken friends. This summer the kitten distribution system chose our family. At one point there were 4 moms and 13 kittens under our deck, in our garage and living under a bush up against the house. My neighbor trapped and rehomed 3 kittens and their mom. The kittens had ringworm, so I did lime-sulfer dips until they ALL found homes. We were left with 3 mamas and while we tried to find homes for them, we couldn’t. They had a TNR appointment today. Last week, Fluffernutter went missing for 3 days. Sunday night (the night before we went back to school) she returned and couldn’t bear weight on a back leg. TNR place told me to have the vet examine her at her appointment. I had her in a cage in my garage… tried to keep her comfortable while I reached out to other rescues as I prepared for the school year during the day. My neighbor took her to the vet while I was at meet and greet. Then to a rescue (that just denied Fluffernutter space earlier that day). She’s in good care, but she was the sweetest cat and loved attention. I want a good home for her, and I’m so glad she has a better chance now, but my whole family is so sad we didn’t get to say goodbye. We didn’t know she would be taken to the rescue… anyways, here is the beautiful girl.

So my 11 year old asked "what's for dinner?" I said Slop. Then somehow my family started talking about a chum bucket. My 6 yo says "What's a chum bucket? Donald Trump!" The way we laughed...

Please consider helping! Each student fills out one of these posters, and they have a special week where we highlight them throughout the year. The packs on my @amazon teacher wishlist provide enough for my whole class and would help make this special tradition possible! 💕 ANY small purchase or RT is appreciated! amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3T…

I’ve been in my classroom working this week. Wish I took a before pic! It’s coming along but still lots to do.

Any of my friends play Disney Dreamlight Valley? I’m over 40 and hooked 😂😂 This is my current DreamSnap. It took FOREVER to pose everyone! Anyways - love the game. I’ll have way less time to play when school starts again, lol.
