In 1993, Jeffrey Dahmer was 33 years old, serving 999 years inside a maximum security prison in Wisconsin. Three guards escorted him everywhere. One on each arm. Handcuffs on at all times. The most dangerous human being in America, kept alive only so he could rot in a cell. This interview was never meant to be seen. It sat in the Inside Edition archives for 30 years.
