The season kicks off tomorrow for Memphis Women’s Basketball!
The Tigers open the 2026-27 season against LeMoyne-Owen inside the Elma Roane Fieldhouse.
Ahead of the season opener, I sat down with head coach @CoachHanaHaden to discuss what brought her to Memphis, her vision for the program, building chemistry with a new-look roster and the importance of senior Daejah Richmond’s leadership.

❤️ My family has been through so much this year.
Dad is recovering from triple bypass surgery, while Mom faces $2,390 in cataract surgery costs.
We’re hoping to reach our $3,000 GoFundMe goal. Every donation or share means the world to us. 🙏
