Federal and local law enforcement announced the results of Operation Cascade Reign, a five-week targeted surge in the Portland metro area that resulted in the seizure of 97 firearms and the arrest of 17 individuals on drug and weapons charges.

Please vote, and remind your neighbors, friends, coworkers to do the same. Don’t wait until the day before or the day of the election. Return it yourself to an official drop box or mail it as soon as you can.
If anyone offers to pick up your ballot, they should be someone you know or clearly identify themselves and give you a receipt. The safest choice is still to handle it yourself.
Washington County offers free BallotTrax tracking so you can confirm your ballot was received and accepted.
Your vote is your responsibility. Contact Washington County Elections at 503-846-5800 with any questions about drop boxes or tracking.

New York is joining 30 other states in the new Federal Scholarship Tax Credit program, opening the door to millions in additional K-12 scholarship funding without reducing public school budgets.
Even Governor Kathy Hochul sees the opportunity.
So why isn't Oregon participating?
Beginning in 2027, the program could provide new educational opportunities for Oregon students at no direct cost to the state budget.
Oregon families deserve an answer: What's holding our state back?
@Comm4Prosperity
Oregonians need affordable accessible healthcare NOT another government bureaucracy. More taxes do NOT guarantee what Oregonians need! We need to reform health care not give government more control.

It's what kids do in middle school, too. 🤨
We need more honorable candidates like you, Mark.
I am pulling for you to win HD 27 and for Pam Treece to win Washington County Commissioner Chair!!
Yes!

Thank you for the summary.
After listening to the evening myself, I have come to the same conclusion... you just articulated it all much better than I could!
Pam Treece offered so many specific ideas and plans for how to elevate Washington County - I really hope she wins!!
Thank you for your support! I so appreciate it!
One of the pups that came to me from a rescue organization for care. We make sure the pups are healthy and spay/ neutered before they are adopted out. Such a joy to get them ready for a new home!

Her opponent is a veternarian for goodness sake.
Mark Norman wins as the best animal advocate EVERY TIME.

And honesty and integrity are a must! Vote for Pam!
I was fortunate to attend tonight’s Washington County Commissioner candidate forum at Chicatanas Coffee Shop in Hillsboro.
Steve Callaway spoke thoughtfully and in detail about his vision, priorities, and plans for the district he hopes to represent. Unfortunately, his opponent, Kipperlyn Sinclair, withdrew at the last minute, denying voters the opportunity to hear both perspectives.
Pam Treece, candidate for Washington County Board Chair, was equally impressive. She drew on her extensive experience to articulate a clear vision and practical priorities for our county.
Unfortunately, the contrast with her opponent, Nafisa Fai, was striking. Despite having served as a county commissioner for six years, Fai offered little beyond political talking points, vague rhetoric, and few concrete solutions. I expected considerably more substance from someone who has already held the job for six years.
Washington County faces serious challenges, and our residents deserve leaders who can clearly articulate not just what they believe, but what they intend to do and how they plan to accomplish it.
Tonight was a reminder that experience alone is not enough. Leadership requires vision, accountability, and results.
📚Before closing schools, the district should examine administrative spending, protect classroom resources, disclose its finances and performance outcomes, and engage the community.
Students deserve responsible budgeting and schools that prepare them to succeed. Students and their success should be the PRIORITY!

Oregon and Washington County is making national news again. 🤦
This time it's to expose the truth about the lies.
That IS the Dem way: manipulate, alter, obfuscate.
Get caught: Lie, lie, lie.
They aren't getting away with it this time. 🔥
Vote for Pam Treece for Washington County Chair!!
Nafisa Fai has no integrity and lost our trust.

Nafisa Fai is on the board of CAIRO 501c3 that operates out of Oregon & Minnesota under the same tax ID- and receives braided funding from city/county/state in both regions. This is a video from a party that CAIRO threw (with Peggy Flanagan also listed as a sponsor) in Minnesota- with the American flag being flown upside down in anticipation of the 250th American Independence Day July 2026.
American Soldiers fly the flag upside down as a sign of severe distress… so what does it mean when Somalis from a region with documented Al Qaeda ties display our nation’s flag upside down repeatedly in public forum?
CAIRO (EIN: 81-1843680) pulled in $10.8 million in revenue FY 2025 and has $9.38 million in assets according to public tax records: projects.propublica.org/nonp…

Giving a speech somewhere in Minnesota with an upside down flag is not a great look but posting an altered photo on your campaign site making yourself the victim of a deepfake is a huge problem.
So Nafisa made a deepfake to counter the real photo? That's unfortunate.
The Oregon Journalism project sounds about as commie an organization as they come.
Is that as bad or not as bad as giving someone the finger in a meeting?
Should we be demanding she resign?
