Cervical #spine stenosis guide we created to implement consistent #radiology reporting across our multi-hospital network. Also included are 3 images from our lumbar stenosis guide from a couple years ago. While no "gold standard" exists, at least we can be consistent. @aboutKP

Not long ago, CSF-venous fistulas were unknown. Then we learned how to find them. Now, we can diagnose & treat in the same session. In this case, prior research predicted the CVF would arise at/near the largest cyst. CTM confirmed it & intracystic fibrin patched—in 60 min.
