Many of us who've played Gears from the beginning are entering our 30s and 40s. I'll never forget the excitement, showing my Dad this cool gun that had a bloody chainsaw attached to it. I can't do that anymore. Loss is a huge reason why this franchise resonates with us all. Solo queues for many us of on E-DAY, no doubt. But I'm sure we'll make new squad-mates along the way. Just like before.⚙️

The saddest thing about being an older gamer is losing your old gaming squad. Life gets in the way sometimes: Divorces, deaths, job changes, time zone changes, family additions, etc Gone but not forgotten. I’ll always remember the good times 🫡
