Told you already and I won’t stop saying it, you are a crook. Matthew 23 is literally a 39-verse barrage of divine fury where Jesus systematically annihilates the moral authority of the religious elite. He acknowledges their temporary administrative role in reading the Law ("Moses' seat"), and then immediately commands the crowd: "Do not do what they do." He spends the rest of the chapter calling them snakes, vipers, whitewashed tombs, and children of hell. To read the single most devastating condemnation of rabbinic hypocrisy in the biblical canon as a blanket divine endorsement of their wicked, extra-biblical cultural practices requires a level of exegetical blindness that borders on the deliberate.
Saying it would only take 3 secs to condemn slavery is exactly how a 21st-century secular politician thinks, not the Creator of the cosmos. A three-second soundbite does absolutely nothing to cure a globally depraved species. Jesus didn't waste three seconds offering a superficial civic critique cos He spent three years marching toward a cross to violently execute the absolute rot of the human heart that actually builds the auction block.
Of course you go on to mock the fact that He found the time to speak to Satan and demons instead of issuing your preferred political edict. What exactly do you think He was doing with those demons? Having tea? He was violently casting them out. He was asserting absolute, cosmic dominion over the very spiritual forces of darkness that animate human depravity. You are demanding a Messiah who acts like a temporal social justice activist negotiating the external symptoms of human misery. I am pointing you to the eternal Son of God who stepped into history to crush the head of the serpent. Your worldview is so entirely suffocated by superficial, legalistic frameworks that you cannot even comprehend a Savior who actually cures the terminal disease of the soul instead of just slapping a three-second band-aid on it.

The fear of hell and death consumed much of my childhood and young adult life. I spent far more time dreading damnation than meditating on God’s love.
It occurred to me yesterday that I am finally free of that shadow. I wrote in my journal that it has been ages since I last thought of hell.
I still fall short like anyone else, but that lingering sense of jeopardy is gone. His love brings me to repentance, and I am assured that He holds me, keeps me, and will carry me all the way into His presence. Amen 🙏🏾

They sentenced her to 14 years in prison using Islamic jurisprudence, even though they knew she was a Christian and she had only advised an adult about her faith, yet the world is silent about it.
Please repost; let the world know.
What is going on in this country!
Liatu Samuel Dawa has been sentenced to 14 years imprisonment.
She did not kill,
She did not steal,
She did not lie nor abuse anyone,
Her only crime is coming from Northern Nigeria, telling someone about Jesus the Savior and the person becoming a Christian. In many let’s of Arewa North, it’s a criminal offence punishable by death for a Muslim to convert to Christianity.
Nothing must happen to Liatu Samuel Dawa. We will collectively follow up on this case and make sure she gets justice.

“The Bible was written to control people.”
Then why does it condemn corrupt kings, expose the sins of religious leaders, and rebuke those in authority?
If the goal was simply to protect human power, why would its message repeatedly challenge those who held it?

I was a Doctor for years before my first pregnancy. I had the theoretical knowledge. I had walked people through the path, done ceaserian sections, delivered vaginally assisted and none assisted, but NOTHING prepared me for My Pregnancy journey. At a point, even though I consider myself a relatively nice doctor, I had to start apologizing to all the patients I had come across…
I realized knowing something and experiencing something are just 2 absolutely different things…
I used to defend that Mummy Zee lady on this app before the Pregnancy shii bluff…I used to think she was targeted but I realized she’s actually not a kind person… the way she was doubling down in the comment section before she deleted the whole insensitive post…
That shii hit a nerve in me…for the pregnant women that was brought in dead due to eclampsia, for the one we lost on the operating table and we all shed hot tears, for the ones that had to deal with post partum complications for the rest of the their lives…for myself and my pregnancy journey; the one that stayed and the one that messed me up so bad and still left…

I think what they meant by "pregnancy is a death sentence"is just a figurative speech, and for the culture the lady that brought all this fuse didn't even say it was a death sentence she only said "it felt like a death sentence" she was only talking about her own experience I wonder why people are downplaying her experience.
This!I cried till I could cry no more. My mom couldn’t help me.She just stayed there and watched. 2 whole days.Don’t even get me started on when they injected me with oxytocin or so during labor to help my uterus contract after delivery.1 hour after baby came I was still shouting
I won’t sha stop reminding all of you that she said it “felt like “ a death sentence. The keyword is FELT LIKE!

One thing I’ve noticed about Africans is how quick they blame victims. A boy gets killed, and somehow his father is being blamed for living in that neighborhood. Did it ever occur to y’all that maybe that’s all he could afford working low wage jobs? The lack of empathy is insane.
This should teach us that not every city or neighbourhood is suitable for raising children. At some point, I question Javits Frimpong’s father’s decision to raise his son in the Bronx, where the crime rate is reportedly high and gang activities remain a concern in the neighbourhoods. As parents, we must be mindful of the environments in which we raise our children. Otherwise, they risk being exposed to violence, drugs and a life of crime. I hope the Government of Ghana intervenes and offers the family the necessary support during this difficult time. May we all learn from this tragedy, may his soul rest in peace. 💔 🕊️

“I believe in God, just like a blind person believes in the sun.
Not because he sees it, but because he feels it.”
Women die.Babies die.Women see their lives flash before their eyes.Others have conditions they continue to nurse after pregnancy.Women are talking about it but all they care about is the figure of speech. “It”s scaring other women” like they need to come to Twitter to be scared.
If I’m in a system where the maternal mortality rates are skyrocketing, then yes, it is likely I will become a statistic.
What am I supposed to say to this? That I reject it in Jesus or Allah’s name? The women who have died were less prayerful than me??
Nigerians need to decouple prayers from systems. Prayers won’t save you when the systems don’t work.
