We're supposed to worship and follow God alone (Exodus 20:3; Luke 4:8 'Worship the Lord your God and serve him only').
The 'Vicar of Christ' title (meaning representative or in place of Christ) isn't in the Bible it's something men added later. No apostle ever claimed to be Christ's vicar on earth.
The Holy Spirit is the one Jesus promised would guide us (John 14:26), not a succession of popes.If Catholics are hanging on the Pope's every word like it's equal to Scripture, that feels exactly like the party spirit Paul condemned.
Christ is the Head (Colossians 1:18), and we go straight to Him.

I believe I found the proposed "Carroll" crater on one of my old lunar composites. Due to libration, some times the crater is in view, sometimes it is not.
