My thoughts are with Atomic Kitten who would have just got an email cancelling their performance of “Southgate You’re the One” on Loose Women tomorrow.

Nobody does an advert like @irnbru 😂🏴 #Mannschaft
As Maw Broon says “I’m black affronted”. I just went into @IcelandFoods for a change as they have excellent bits for lunch, and their bread is brilliant.. at the check out I was asked… “are you over 60?” I’ve never been so shocked…
Seriously though, what a little gem.. I don’t have a big freezer but other stuff, soft drinks etc were all a decent price & not artificially inflated so you need a clubcard or something to pay a normal price… and if I was over 60… well done @IcelandFoods for looking after them
Well what a busy couple of months it’s been.. not been online as it’s all been a crazy time.. shows with flow, @jungle4eva & the excellent @sekou_music and even the Ukrainian city ballet...
as new band @AbsntMindMusic hits their first schools tour and first time on the road. It’s a pleasure with these lads takes me back to first time out with the wanted and other bands.. go follow them on social media and show some support..
all this new music and artists and yet my very first band @911official are still playing and rocking up and down the country with @MrLeeBrennan releasing new music and currently in the charts.. ditto.fm/think-im-in-love (ditto.fm/think-im-in-love)
