Report from Qantara, where Israeli forces are continuing demolitions of civilian homes and infrastructure. On Wednesday a man documenting the destruction was murdered by an Israeli drone strike.
Israeli forces have begun demolishing the town of Qantara, Lebanon. 48 villages have been razed to the ground by the Israeli army, who are still occupying more than 60 towns and villages in Lebanon. This destruction is funded by the US and EU. This is Zionism.

The first two screenshots are about a pivotal meeting in May 2025, when Stephen Miller called the heads of all 25 ICE field offices to DC and screamed at them to stop focusing on criminals and instead start raiding Home Depots and the like. Two weeks later, the LA raids began.
The Steven Miller story, so far. Good luck, Republicans.

1/It’s clear that Russia has gained strategic control of the US. Trump and Vance are fully in their grasp, and Massie/MTG/Carlson are following along with Khanna, Luna, and others as backstops. Most worrisome, Jeffries and Schumer display alarmingly poor judgment as well…

Three minutes after Pete Hegseth tweeted "Patriots in control" (a foundational QAnon slogan), Putin ally/Kremlin propagandist Kirill Dmitriev tweeted "WWG1WGA" (another foundational QAnon slogan). They know what they're doing. This has activated the QAnon crowd to a degree that I haven't seen in a long time.

On Tuesday, Americans rejected Trump's mass deportation agenda. Today, its architect got a promotion. Stephen Miller has backed lawless ICE tactics and doubled down after the killing of Alex Pretti. He tried and failed to dismantle birthright citizenship. And he drove record ICE quotas that ripped children from their parents and imprisoned babies as young two months old in a trailer prison. Appointing Stephen Miller as White House Chief of Staff is a dangerous move that Americans do not want.

"a complete solution." He is the descendent of Holocaust survivors so his use of this phrase is interesting, as is the aestheticization of White supremacist policy as "elegant."
Trump’s new Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller: America’s doors are closed fully to asylum seekers. It’s a very simple, a very elegant, a very… complete solution.

Buckle up: this is a sign of Trump's contempt for the voters. In the aftermath of an election that was a repudiation of Trump's corruption, wars, cruelty, and indifference to the economic pain of Americans, it’s another kick in the teeth to the American people.

The canary in the climate coal mine is home insurance. That crashes, so do mortgages. Mortgages crash, so do property values. Oh, right — Florida leads the country in lost home value. This isn’t later for Florida, it’s NOW.

Holy crap. Is it not now obvious to everyone except fossil-fuel-corrupted Republicans that fossil fuel pollution is causing dangerous upheaval of normal weather patterns? Florida once again is getting it first and worst.

The way to get out of this is to end fossil’s free-to-pollute business model. That’s it; or we lose any chance at climate safety and we all end up looking like Florida: corrupt politics, climate lies, and families getting crushed. Wake up!

Appointing the architect of ICE’s reign of terror shows that in Donald Trump’s administration, cruelty is rewarded. Democrats will be unyielding in the fight to rein in ICE’s out-of-control violence across our communities and hold everyone in power responsible for their illegal actions. nytimes.com/live/2026/11/06/…

Yes, even if Trump is still the president, we can still get stuff done. Don’t believe me? My housing affordability law—that Donald Trump refused to sign—became law last July. And that was before we gained our majorities. We MUST fight to deliver real change and lower costs.

Stephen Miller is the architect of Trump’s rogue immigration policy. Appointing him Chief of Staff is an act of vengeance against the millions of Latinos who came out to call for abolishing ICE. No matter what position Miller holds, House Democrats will hold him accountable.

The fate of these Afghans — including a gay man married to a U.S. citizen who's lived here since he was a child in the early 1980s — is still up in the air. This was only a temporary reprieve, but ICE is still saying it wants to deport these people to Afghanistan via Pakistan.
