My team and I just crossed $2B in lifetime sales. Things I wish I knew earlier: 

1. You can’t build something great alone. It takes great people to do something incredible.
2. My early mentors told me NOT to focus on brand building. That was a mistake
3. It’ll take longer than you thought. Keep going anyway. Success often lies just past the point when most give up.
4. Profits > vanity metrics. I know a lot of people with industry accolades who are broke.
5. People > Profits. I know a lot of rich people who don’t have anyone loyal in their life.
6. Culture attracts, retains, and builds an company worth owning
7. Planning 10 years into the future is silly. Things change far too often. Find your North Star and make adjustments along the way

Apple Pay support is finally coming to Walmart starting next week.
Walmart refused to offer Apple Pay for more than a decade. The retailer attempted to push Walmart Pay, its QR code-based payment system, instead.
Apple Pay and contactless payment support will begin rolling out to Walmart and Sam's Club starting on August 24, reaching all stores in the United States by the end of this year.

Dear @Nbusiness1990 , not sure if what your goal here was, but telling realtors you’re happy about them raising concerns about the tactic of subvention is not a good idea, actually rookie like. And then telling them they can’t evolve and adapt therefore going to die off, also not a good idea, actually bad for business. I’ll take 15,000 of them, give them ai tools that actually work and watch a human who knows how to use ai , crush it, because they love people.
