Let's recap:
On Tuesday evening after the election, the overnight futures crashed -100 points. But then they slowly u-turned higher and the market sky-rocketed on Wednesday. Thursday morning, the market opened flat and then collapsed. Friday, the market bounced mid-day but closed near the lows of the WEEK.
Most election hedges expired TODAY. So next week the true trend will emerge from this back and forth.
The pattern below is deja vu of April 2025 when Trump rolled out his massive "reciprocal tariffs". That crash was on Monday and then he TACO'd.
Sadly, TACO Time is over and Trump will not be bailing out bulls anymore. That's what ended this week.
