Lots of Boomers seem to be remembering the summer of 1976 with rose tinted spectacles, & think that they ‘just got in with it’
Let’s have a look at what the newspapers of the day had to say in 1976….

On the day the #NHSWorkforcePlan is being published, it was fantastic to hear from @covcampus physio students Lucy and Stephen on @BBCBreakfast about their experience training. It is vital that the plan sets out to nurture and retain the physio workforce of today and the future.

I've blocked Musk & Trump, & suggest you do the same.
Trump's tweets from 5th & 6th January - just before he was banned from Twitter following the failed coup he incited - are still there, & they're shocking. If there's any justice, he'll spend the rest of his days in jail.

With Trump back on Twitter,
it’s a good time to watch this Jan 6 hearing. It covers each of Trump’s tweets that day, including those that have been deleted, and features multiple Trump WH staff describing his inexcusable conduct during the violence. january6th.house.gov/legisla…

The Alps have always suffered from ID. This is because the Alpine soil is poor in iodine. Indeed, about 2 billion people live in iodine-deficient areas. This is only possible because of salt iodization. People in these areas depend on iodine coming mostly from cooking salt.

Just found this cool website with a quick history of thyroid surgery. Leonardo da Vinci drew the thyroid as two globular glands in 1503, which he speculated filled up empty spaces in the neck. Earlier, in 1478, he depicted the Madonna with a goiter.

Quantum entanglement can exist between not just objects in space, but also between the same object at two different times.
