MEMBERSHIP RETENTION THROUGH BUDDY GROUPS;
"Old Members require Retention than the new ones or Guests..."
1. Set expectations from them as a Club.
2. Evolve the old club members into new and outstanding positions.
3. Give them roles other than mentorship and Club sergeant.
