Lost in the noise today was the return of Omarr Norman-Lott to practice and I'm stoked to see it. Disruptive rotational presence is an ideal fit now that the Chiefs have real depth. Should be able to actually stay in his lane and excel.
The Broncos saw Mansoor Delane for 3 plays in Week 1. Excited to see him in midseason form against Bo Nix and company on Sunday.

Hmmm, 16 allegations of sexual misconduct, a 10 game suspension from the NFL, and a terrible 73% on FGs in 2024. I feel like this is a Norm Macdonald bit “wow that’s the first I’m hearing of this!”
The #Chiefs worked out three kickers and kept both Justin Tucker and Harrison Mevis around all day, giving them both physicals after similarly impressive workouts. In the end, with the experience and resume, Tucker gets the PS spot.

If the Chiefs' goal with this move was to make sure I root for Harrison Butker to stay on as the Chiefs' kicker forever, they have succeeded!

The Chiefs are signing kicker Justin Tucker to the practice squad, a source tells The Star.
They just drafted Peter Woods (1st), Omarr Norman-Lott (2nd), R Mason Thomas (2nd), and Ashton Gillotte (3rd) in the past two drafts alone.
They cut Chris Jones after this year then what? George Karlaftis led pass rush? Veach can't hit on DL. Would need to find a true #1 Marquee pass rusher. Easier said than done.
Seahawks are trading for some epic help along the offensive line while I'm over here hoping for some other team's version of Cornell Powell for KC's wide receiver room.
Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency.
But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.
