What a day. 3rd place at New Balance Nationals with a pr jump of 2.07m (6’-9.5”). All-American Honors. Thank you to my dad for recording and brother @ZackPluff for helping me out over the phone. And couldn’t have done it without the support from back home.

The boys wrapped up the IHSA state finals and their season today. Matt Pluff placed 6th in the long jump with a jump of 6.69m, and Evan Schlichting ran the 3200m with a time of 10:16.59. Great job to the boys who competed this weekend and all the boys for a great season!

Today didn’t go as planned but that’s track. Pluff battled food poisoning all week and isn’t 100%. He managed to advance in LJ but missed out in HJ. Frech ran a good 400 but missed advancing as did the 4x4 (Duffie,Rozhon,Cooper,Frech). On a positive note Jarvis PR’d in the 100!
