The next stop on the journey.
Thrilled to share that I’ve accepted a sports anchor/reporter job at WMC Action News 5 in Memphis. I’m pumped to join a legacy station in Tennessee covering all things Grizzlies, Tigers, and much more in the Mid-South.
Tuomas Iisalo said the Grizzlies are out to prove to the fanbase: They’re a team worth rooting for.
So far, they’re doing a damn good job.
And it’s not just about the 3-0 record—it’s about the brand and style of basketball they’re playing.
On a perfect start to a new era ⬇️
The Memphis Grizzlies are 3-0.
I have some thoughts on what they've shown this week coming up shortly on @WMCActionNews5.
Hope you'll join, should be a fun sportscast.
Ty Jerome has done essentially this in every game he’s played as a Grizzly.
You can keep denying it’s sustainable if you want, but the growing evidence suggests this is a perfect marriage between player/team/system that’s allowed for a very real breakout.
Enjoy it.
Again, Ja'Marr, Jettas, Puka are all elite, elite receivers.
JSN is the best on the planet right now, I don't know how you can deny him of that title at this point.
He's a machine.
That goal line sequence by the Cardinals is one of the most hilarious and incompetent things I’ve seen in the NFL all season.
If Omar Cooper didn’t get hurt in the first quarter of week 1, he’s probably right in the mix for OROY right now.
Jets got one with him, a great pick and future building block.
Touchdown Tony is back.
Two scores in the first quarter for Tony Pollard.
The 901’s finest having himself a day already.
Matt Infield retweeted
Jaylen Brown on Jayson Tatum: “It’s no beef, but it might be little lamb chops and some gravy, you know what I mean?
“He should stay ready at all times.”
To take nothing away from the Brewers, that was an absolutely brutal miss by the first base umpire ringing Yandy Diaz up on that check-swing, it wasn’t even close.
Joe Davis hit the nail on the head, the sport needs to add tech to make those calls objective and definite.
If there's a better QB in the sport at giving their receivers a chance in 1-on-1's than Trinidad, I'd love to see them.
Always puts it in a place where only his guy can get it, absolute money placing it on the back shoulder.
Horatio Fields absolutely DUNKED on that Texas DB.
21-0 Rebs in the second half and this is a 24-24 game.
Wild, but not surprising with #6 at the controls.
Here comes Ole Miss.
From down 24-3 at halftime, it’s a seven point game midway through the third quarter.
With the best closer in the sport at QB.
Buckle up.
“Management” being the key word there.
Grizzlies being smart with Edey. You want him for the long haul and they can win this game without him.
Coward should be back after a one game absence.
Status Report for @memgrizz, 10/25/26 at Sacramento:
QUESTIONABLE
Cedric Coward — LT Wrist Sprain
OUT
Zach Edey — LT Ankle Return From Injury Management
Malachi Toney would be hands down the best receiver in the country in like 98% of every college football season ever played.
Having him and Jeremiah Smith both playing at their respective levels at the same time is a treat. Toney is ridiculous.
Off to an 0-2 start and now down Paolo in what feels like a very important year to figure out who’s a real part of their future and who’s not.
Things could potentially get very interesting in Orlando in a few months.
