Working with long AI chats goes like, OK I'm working with a 21 year old intern. Lets train them. Now we have context so they are like 30. But if they don't get the answer immediately and that chat gets long AI slips into a senile old person quick. Sadly will be trading this chat out for a younger model. You've been good to me chat session: 5ec21x1429ef1399a75000

but wait, my last prompt: C'mon brother!!!! You got this. Finally got the result I needed right before I was about to end it prematurely. Funny how that actually works

as someone who hates rules and procedures, i'm surprised I find myself reading tax law and writing code to standardize processes

Most angels obsess over picking winners and ignore the part the tax code already guarantees. Tax pro founder here, 6 rules worth saving if you write checks: 1. Buy direct from the company. QSBS (the Section 1202 gain exclusion) generally only applies to original-issue stock. 2. Keep every SAFE and closing doc. You'll need them to prove basis and holding period. 3. Know when your QSBS clock starts. For a SAFE, that can be the conversion date, not the date you wired the money. 4. Section 1244 can turn some startup losses into ordinary losses instead of capital losses. 5. A worthless startup is a deduction, but only in the year it actually becomes worthless. Document it. 6. Founders: file your 83(b) within 30 days. There's no grace period. Find yourself a good tax pro to confirm for your situation.

This is the way
Overheard a CISO describe how he gives agents a named human manager, unique least-privilege credentials, and calls them digital workers. Production agents need 2 sign-offs: the agent’s manager and the data owner. He even reassigns the agents if a manager leaves the company. It might sound silly, but this is the right call. He's mirroring how everyone treats employees. He already has a mature answer to who is accountable for a worker, what happens when their manager departs, who signs off on giving them access to payroll data. He simply didn't invent a second, worse system for agents.

All the victory laps about meta's muse are a bit premature. It missed multiple scheduled jobs for me and I am actively not recommending it to people at this time. Excited for the future but this product isnt fully baked yet

If we were to rebuild the web would we use email or prefer a more secure channel for login/notifications/etc? Telegram or simple secure message relay seems like a better fit than email
