The 2030 Agenda is not on track. With under four years left, only 36% of assessable SDG targets are on track or advancing moderately. Nearly half are too slow; 15% have reversed below 2015 levels. Real gains exist—electricity to 92%, internet from 40% to 74%, HIV infections down 30%—but extreme poverty remains ~10%, food insecurity affects ~2.3 billion, no gender targets are on track, and the financing gap is ~$4T/year. Progress is possible where commitment and resources align. It is not happening at the scale required.
