Yesterday marked 6 years since my first game with @SotonWomensFC think it’s safe to say I’ve changed a bit overs the years

A season where the goal was to get my spark back and fall back in love with coaching after a difficult few years. Details back, players enjoying the sessions, seeing training sessions that link into the game that week. Safe to say that Goal was achieved @SotonWomensFC

Must admit I do find it strange that yesterday marked 3 years since the Crawley wasps named left women’s football. A club ran by brilliant people who I owe so much to. The club maybe gone but the memories will last a lifetime #crawleywasps

Time to get that spark back. Been a very difficult few years with football. But after some time away from the game and more than a few messages with @westspice I’m delighted to be back in the game and at the club. Looking forward to getting the spark back
We’re over the moon to welcome Matt Graves back to the club He joins the First Team coaching set up for the remainder of the season. southamptonwomensfc.co.uk/ne… #SotonWFC | #Sirens 🧜🏼‍♀️

What a debut @Laurenjg2017
Our backline yesterday was incredible 💪 Solid defending, towering headers, sliding blocks, and an amazing debut performance between the sticks for Lauren Graves 👊🧤 Oh, and of course, the 2 goals between them 😉 #COYR🔴⚫️

Thank you to @stcfcwomen for allowing me to keep my brain ticking over the past 10 weeks. You’ve helped me regain my levels and joy for coaching. Now for a couple of weeks off as I sort out moving. Anyone in Hampshire in need of a coach

Wow this got to me a little bit. Those close to me know it’s been a hard few years with football, but things like this remind me why I do it. Thank you @westspice and best of luck for the next round ❤️🖤

Well I did it. 1 week ago today i completed a Ironman distance triathlon. 2 and a half years of training and 1 year on from the disappointment that the DNF brought. Thank you to everyone who’s followed and and supported me

Thank you @WorthingFCWomen I’ve made the decision to leave the club. It’s time for me to take a step away for a little bit, regain my levels of coaching and find that little bit of happiness that I know coaching can bring.

Going 2-0 down against a strong side to then bring it back to 2-2 showed great character and resilience. Proud of this team

Reunited after over 2 years 😍. Some of my favourite memories in football was with this man by my side. @coach_s_cox even saw a little smile and celebration when we scored.

Success isn’t judged on one result, it’s judged on the journey you take to get there. This might hurt now but I cup run full of pride, history makes and one I will always look back on with fond memories @WorthingFCWomen
Our historic runs comes to an end.
