The biggest intake into our recovery program we’ve ever seen in one week. Recovering from the same thing Jalen Hurts went through with blood clots on lungs. Had to take a couple weeks off, but I feel a little winded but never more alive.

We have our major Dream Center GALA tomorrow and dealing with some of the symptoms of recovery like accelerated heart rate and dizziness in going up and down stairs. Seems to be a general fatigue with Christians getting tired of other Christians trying to harm other believers online. The engagement seems less and less. I think people are getting an empty feeling that there’s no peace in it. Decided to move on with their lives.

On third day living on rooftop of The @LADreamCenter we haven’t been government funded in 32 years. A faith based program with hundreds of residents in a one-year program with structure and accountability that brings total change. I’m staying on this roof until we raise $1 million because I believe that cities fall apart when faith monuments leave strategic cities. We wouldn’t sell this land for $200 million. We are called for life!

Today I had the honor of showing @SecKennedy and @SecretaryTurner from HUD Dream Center. 32 years we have been working with no government funding. It’s been rather exhausting not fitting the criteria for funding when we have a hospital filled with formerly homeless men and women in rehab. Today these two men cared and listened.

I can’t remember a World Cup where USA just won without sweat and begging for a miracle. Just pure dominance from front to end. It feels different. #usmnt
