I build factories that bring manufacturing back to America. 🇺🇸
I've commissioned about 30 factories. Not PowerPoints about factories. Not tweets about factories. Actual factories, standing next to the owner when we press the button to turn them on.
Here's how we win:
Is anyone else relieved that the Twitter slap fight is finally over?
While some of you may be waiting for the video to drop, I’m going to bed early and going to sleep like a baby 🥱😴💤

Sorry, @RobertMSterling . These are my friends now.
We met the face of @friendlybooks last night in Tampa. From here on out we will be skipping @RobertMSterling’s invites and go direct to the operator, Brittany.
PS - if you don’t have a good book keeping solution, give Friendly a try. They are in fact, friendly.

Ding ding ding! 🔔🔔🔔
Ryan squeeks out the win in the lighting round.
WE HAVE A NEW CHAMPION!
Congrats to both competitors @paulswaney3 and @ryanraysr.
“You’re absolutely right, I concede.”

We have a 2-2 fight. It’s going to the championship round.

The ReForge Pod - Episode 40 - WE'RE TURNING 40! xitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1nJOLQDXX…
LET’S GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!!
🚨 🥊 🚨 👊 🚨
Live from the Swaney Group Capital HQ in St Petersburg Florida
The Suit is Real!
I’m 100% Team @paulswaney3. Paul will win this debate.
However, here’s what I want to say about The People’s Choice, @ryanraysr.
He’s curated a special corner of the internet. There are few people as invested in the people around them as Ryan is.
The X-sphere will be at least 1% less fun once this debate is over.

Very fun time at the Allocators and Operators Happy Hour last night at @paulswaney3 office. Many new connections made and connections I was able to meet in person…and there’s just nothing like in person. Favorite pic of the night is this one with @MatthewChang @adamislucky
@friendlybooks (Brittney Phillips partners with @RobertMSterling ) and Hunter. We talked about EB5’s, crypto, Robots, life, death…while drinking @WymansFruit blueberry juice. This is my mocktail!

Any engineers who follow me:
This would be a freakin blast (yuk yuk) of a job, and working directly with a successful entrepreneur's smaller team on a mission-critical task within the broader re-industrialization of America.
Huge opportunity, would *highly* recommend.
I am looking for a special projects engineer.
You will design stuff that is on our never-ending “we should redesign this some day” list.
Things like designing a lifting mechanism for a 1000lb blast door.
Or coming up with a better heat resistant material for a battery testing enclosure.
Or designing an acoustic test.
Or or or…all sorts of weird shit associated with the business of protecting people in the space and aerospace industries from things that go boom.
This will be remote. I don’t care where you work. Hours are flexible. Not full time. Or Full time.
You must be a US Citizen. You must be efficient and highly proficient in SolidWorks CAD. You must be smart. You must be dedicated to winning 🇺🇸
Note: @totalshield_llc has a strict no-asshole policy.
DM me if you are interested.
Why I back HELOC founders. Be careful with your dilution.
(I’ve seen companies exit for $500M+ and the founders barely got an exit and the employees got nothing, but you know the VC’s got paid)
It is challenging to be a common shareholder in a VC-backed company. These early-round venture capital investors stack liquidation preferences, and subsequent investors enter at ridiculously inflated valuations while the company burns cash.
Eventually, it falls apart, and everything is liquidated far below the valuation you entered at, leaving nothing for common investors. Do not get mad at the buyer for capturing value. Get mad at the people you invested in and their unsustainable structure.
Play in a better game aligned with your interests.
