Nice new study looking at physical complaints and subsequent time loss injury risk. Similar findings to our previous work.
Take home message: ask + encourage + facilitate player reporting of minor complaints BUT remember not all complaints = TL injury!

Can we stop symptoms like "tightness" or "soreness" from evolving into a time-loss injury with our athletes?
Short answer is yes we can; by 3-7x the risk in fact
But the long & more detailed answer (which I highly recommend you reading) is in the blog 👇
