You can use water if you’re calorie conscious, almond milk for a bit more consistency or even oat milk if you want a creamer smoothie. You can add in greens to get your greens in or leave them out and get them in a greens powder separately.

Aging is defined as the normal and predictable physiological and anatomical changes that occur in organisms. It is inevitable, but equal. Control what you can. Take care of yourself now, so someone doesn't have to take care of you later. It costs WAY more for the latter.

Muscle not only makes you strong, burns fat and keeps you upright, but.. It gives you FREEDOM and INDEPENDENCE. You can pay someone now to help you get physically fit, or you can pay someone later to care for you.

Love & Forgive. It allows a few things; - it allows me to see my mistake for what it was, a mistake. - I can grow from the experience. And remember to do more of what you love, with who you love, because this is our one life to live. #loveyourself #healthandfitness #fitness
