Two great @CamZoology students Arina Huang and @JosieMcpherson0 reared Heliconius eggs in climate chambers. Hotter temps —> higher mortality, faster development, heavier adults but not larger wings!

Fantastic afternoon, plenty of butterflies out. Loads of 6-spot burnet moth caterpillars, this longhorn beetle (golden-bloomed grey?) but the highlight was at least 8 small blues @MatthewPHayes @wildlifebcn @ehbpollard
