We're thrilled to announce the Superpower Peptide Library.
Every peptide, mapped to the body.
152 peptides, from approved drugs to compounds still in trials, sorted by where they act.
Each one has its own page, reviewed by a physician and fully cited, covering:
- the evidence and how strong it is
- its FDA status
- it's mechanism of action
- what studies in humans have found
Because not all peptides are equal.
Semaglutide is FDA-approved. BPC-157, maybe the most talked-about peptide for recovery and repair, is not. In a 2025 review of its research, 35 of 36 studies were in animals or the lab.
Know the science before you buy the hype.
Check it out here:

This sucks for those affected but gonna go out on a limb here and guess that a lot of those 60,000 were flagged for cost cutting long before any AI gave them a reason.

Its 2026 - never answer any unknown phone calls, unsolicited phone emails, and block everything.
You should know this by now.
Never give any personal information to anyone.
Basic rules.

I took about 50,000 photos through a 14" telescope last night to produce this: A hyper-detailed photo of the full moon. The fidelity of the photo was great enough to allow me to greatly enhance the color, revealing a hidden world of geological diversity.

I’m joining the team at @X to lead Product.
I am a huge believer in @SpaceX's mission to extend human consciousness to the stars, so it’s time to make shitposting multiplanetary.
X is the best way to find out what’s happening in the world right now and talk about it. The team has been working tirelessly to make X a better place and product for the people who love it, and many have noticed the recent momentum. My goal is to help accelerate that momentum for our community, new users, and businesses globally by continuing to make this product beautiful and useful.
We are twenty years in, but it truly feels like X’s next chapter will be our greatest. I look forward to your ideas and feedback; I’m sure the replies will be measured and magnanimous.
This columned front at Little Petra in Jordan was carved straight out of a sandstone cliff about 2,000 years ago, in a side canyon archaeologists think the Nabataeans built to house traders visiting Petra. Its Arabic name means the cold canyon, because the walls are high enough to block most of the sun, so the guest quarter came with free air conditioning.
Here's a mistake that's easy to make once more than one AI bot works for you: letting every one of them message you directly. Five bots pinging you is a second inbox. I talk to one primary bot, the specialists report to it, and its real job is filtering, so only what's worth my attention gets through.

These architectural scenes aren’t paintings. They’re made entirely of wood.
Dating to the 16th century, this remarkable door at Spain’s Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial features intricate wood inlay known as intarsia.
Craftsmen used carefully cut pieces of differently colored wood to create geometric patterns and architectural scenes with an extraordinary illusion of depth.
The doors are associated with Bartholomew Weisshaupt, a master craftsman from Augsburg, Germany, and were produced during the reign of King Philip II.
Location: San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Spain.
You're either going to embrace technology and use it to fuel your creativity or be a casualty of it. There's no point in fighting something that you can leverage once you understand it.
Every wild Devils Hole pupfish lives in one warm pool inside a Nevada cavern. Biologists counted 212 of them in fall 2024, then earthquakes sloshed the pool and swept the algae off their feeding shelf, and about 20 were left by February 2025. The spring 2026 count came back at 77, and the backup plan for the entire species is a 100,000 gallon replica of that one pool.

The extraordinary stonework of Rouen Cathedral in Normandy, France.
Its elaborate Flamboyant Gothic façade features intricate stone carvings, delicate tracery, and a monumental decorative gable rising in front of the central rose window.
The cathedral's main portal was reconstructed between 1508 and 1514 under architect Roulland Le Roux.

Deep in the ocean's twilight zone, 600 to 800 meters (2,000 to 2,600 feet) beneath the surface, the barreleye fish (Macropinna microstoma) spots its prey above using upward-looking eyes through its transparent head.

The planet Mercury goes retrograde tomorrow, and until Nov 13 it will look like it's drifting backward.
It isn't. It's lapping us, and as it passes between us and the Sun on Nov 4, our angle makes it seem to slide the wrong way.
Plenty of people still plan big decisions around it. The geometry alone is worth a look.
just played around with the iphone duo & i’m a lot less compelled to get one than i thought i’d be.
almost every interaction without opening the phone feels awkward as hell. & having to unfold it for things that should take a second introduces a surprising amount of friction.
you’re basically trading simplicity for a lot of workflows for reduction of complexity for few.
