I hope current and former NESCAC athletes who didn’t know this happens in football are disappointed. I hope other coaches speak out from other sports. Cause this could be your sport. Mandated cuts in the NESCAC only happen in football - Why?

Speed starts from the ground up.
Strengthen your feet.
Barefoot plyometrics are phenomenal for feet ankle and calf strength.
Strong feet, ankles, calves = more stability and ability when sprinting
