Haunted trail fun in Columbiana- thankful for a fundraiser the community loves that helps xc too

Honored to represent our school and county on the show "Alabama Scholars" - episodes air every Saturday at 10 am on @APTV - tune in to see your favorite Wildcats!!!

Only day when it's more fun to walk than run😀 @ALZWalkToEndAlz

2nd at Randolph Invitational- love this group of guys - and they are peaking at the right time

3:04 on a hit day in Chicago - qualifies me for Boston 2028 - no complaints

Marathon No. 37 this weekend in Chicago

Bama won, Sox won - kids ran well - it was a good phone call to dad on the drive home:)

Official acceptance came yesterday - needed 3:09:43 or better to make it - Mobile (3:03) and Boston (3:07) were both well enough under that standard - that said, Boston has always been a "reach" goal that I've been fortunate enough to achieve regularly enough with a bit of work

Down in Columbiana by 4:10 am for the last long run before Chicago - finished the day with the xc team in the homecoming parade (yes, the one traffic light in town - that street closes for over an hour for this) - enjoyed visiting with the HS kids, former students

No. 10 coming this April...

Episode 3 of the Wildcat XC podcast season is out: youtu.be/NPqmSv3nBJY

17 mi long run followed by an 8K race followed by 2 miles of cooldown - Chicago in 36 days...

I ain't afraid of no ghosts... Love seeing our varsity guys continue to set a flame to the school record book - today in 105 heat index-whatever, we finish right behind the 6a and 5a schools - 6th of 20 teams - with a middle school kid 9th overall

LOVE having our team covered by the Reporter! Appreciate the support!

Great start to the season in Auburn... Varsity boys had two in the Top 10 - MS boys had one - MS girls third overall and MS boys fourth @ColumbianaMS @SCHS__ATHLETICS

Such a great representative of the state of Alabama - Homewood High and @THETRAKSHAK employee

Preseason No. 3 on the boys side of Class 4A - five years ago, we ranked 28th - proud of the hard work - and it starts with senior leaders like @CarterWood08

Community-wide pep rally in downtown Columbiana - proud to introduce the team to the town

Step 1 towards my tenth Boston...
