Assistant Attorney General tahngerine along with Press Secretary TylerEllerbee will be releasing the Law Enforcement Department Poll for the month of April at 7pm EST. Be sure to cast your vote!
The Department of Justice is currently undergoing certain reconfiguration of divisions and positions, more information will be released soon.
Most Civil Rights Division operations are halted, complaints will still be investigated, however, it might take longer for investigations to be conducted.

The Justice Department has no comment on the situation with Fire Chief Bill at this time and will release a joint statement clarifying the recent events as soon as possible.

Criminal prosecutions will now be handled by the DAs Office. The Department of Justice will still investigate misconduct committed by department employees and assist in major cases. We also have added the Civil Division which defends state employees in Civil Lawsuits.
