Thus town is named Okitipupa because of its famous rich, iron-heavy red soil that fuels its dense rainforests and legendary palm groves.
It experience heavy, tropical rainfall for nearly eight months of the year, Okitipupa’s humid environment, winding creeks, and deep alluvial earth create the absolute perfect conditions for perennial tree crops and massive root tuber yields.
•The indigenous inhabitants are the Ikale, a proud subgroup of the Yoruba race. Historical accounts track their ancestry directly back to Ile-Ife and the ancient Kingdom of Benin.
• Long before modern roads, Okitipupa’s strategic position near the coastal creeks made it a vital river port for colonial European traders. Huge logs of tropical timber and barrels of palm oil were floated down the local rivers straight to Lagos and the Atlantic coast.
• Okitipupa is home to the legendary Okitipupa Oil Palm Plc (OOPL). Spanning thousands of hectares of integrated estates, this massive commercial enterprise has historically been one of West Africa's most vital industrial hubs for processing premium palm oil, palm kernel oil, and raw fats.
• Blessed with a highly humid, rainforest-savanna climate, local smallholders drive a booming trade in high-grade cocoa, rubber, and cassava processing (making it a major regional supplier of the famous high quality white Garri).
• The daily lifestyle of the Ikale people is incredibly musical. They are the proud custodians of Biripo music, a deeply rhythmic, traditional folklore genre played with heavy native percussion that drives every occasion.
• Okitipupa is highly famous for the production of authentic, premium African black soap (Ọṣẹ Dúdú) Unlike versions of black soap that use cocoa pod ash, Okitipupa artisans strictly specialize in using dried palm bunch ash and plantain peels.
• Local folklore speaks of specific clay-mud riverbeds that possess potent physical and mystical healing powers. Elders assert that bathing in these mineral-rich forest mud currents acts as a natural therapy for aching bones and skin infections.
They are famous for their highly traditional swallow Pupuru which is enjoyed with Marugbo soup also know as Obe Gbeiri
The indigenous people of Okitipupa speak Ikale, a beautiful and highly distinct sub-dialect of the Yoruba language family.
They're strong willed and hardworking people.
God bless the people of okitipupa and the beautiful works of their hand.

3%N x 6.25 = 18.75CP which actually looks nice on paper but the koko is the digestibility and them tannins, silica (anti nutritional factors) but e be like boys don decide already as dem dey enjoy the bamboo leaves like jollof😂💚
The Kjeldahl nitrogen test is a laboratory method used to determine the nitrogen content of agricultural samples. And once we know the nitrogen content, we can be able to estimate the crude protein content of the material. For example,if bamboo leaves contain 3% nitrogen on a dry matter basis, we can calculate their estimated crude protein content:3 × 6.25 = 18.75% crude protein. But where does the 6.25 come from?Proteins contain approximately 16% nitrogen by weight. Therefore:
100 ÷ 16 = 6.25. can bamboo leaves be useful? That's a rhetorical question.😂😭

Yess sir ..despite the fact that many young people who ventured into agriculture have lost money, a good number have still succeeded and built sustainable livelihoods from it.
The real difference is that failure stories are far louder than success stories. The moment someone
I still don't know how this is consistent.
At least 90% of people I know/hear that invested in agriculture in Nigeria have a bad tale to tell. Whether crop or animal.
Only two categories of people appear to be able to hack agriculture:
1. Large scale investors with almost unlimited funds (Olam, Presco, the Lebanese etc)
2. Full-time village farmers that do it semi-commercially on small to medium scale.
Every other category of persons I know that went into agriculture as an investor lost money.
And apart from Samson Ogbole and one other guy (can't remember the name, featured recently), is there really any other under-40 Nigerian that has blown from agriculture in recent years?
loses money, they often go public about it, sometimes inflating the amount, for social validation, to discourage others from trying, and, in some cases, to attract sympathy. Meanwhile, those who are quietly making steady progress or genuine profits rarely feel the need to
