Let's be honest here: if you're roofied or drugged, no one "convinces" you not to file a police report. You chose not to do that and instead, you came on social media with it. Huge red flag. I'm not impressed - and I don't give a rat's ass who you are.

The entitlement is unbelievable.
No, Elon, the hordes of trolls and bots flooding users’ feeds with their imbecilic anti-Ukraine takes, each of which sends the planet’s average IQ plummeting, courtesy of your algorithm, will not spare you from having to testify under oath before the United States Congress.

TOS.
Correct. Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be. Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them. Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week. Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact. Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia. SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR. That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell. End of story.

Do not ignore the TOS. Been saying this all along.
So it turns out that Ukraine's issues with Starlink were caused by Ukraine. Starlink terminals disconnected at speeds above 160 KPH, as determined by the Starlink terminals internal GPS. To get around this, Ukraine hacked the Starlink terminals to think they were stationary regardless of speed. SpaceX figured this out, and updated the system software to detect excessive speed by seeing how rapidly the terminal switched from on satellite to another. This broke Ukraine's hack, and Starlink would no longer work at high speeds. Ukraine was using Starlink in a way that violated the terms of service. Starlink figured it out and stopped it.

The moment someone tells me a complicated geopolitical situation is that simple, I start looking for everything they've left out. Ukraine wasn't winning a war. They're surviving one. For now.
Ukraine was winning the war, so Trump kneecapped Ukraine to help Russia. I wish it weren’t that simple, but it is. Our president is in bed with our enemies.

Inaccurate. When Zelenskyy says Starlink, he means commercial Starlink. Read Starlink's TOS. it's not a negotiating lever. Further, Rubio can't do anything for him in that regard.
Replying to @Osint613
Starlink speed has become a negotiating lever, and Kyiv knows it. It's also the strongest sales pitch Europe's IRIS2 and Eutelsat OneWeb will ever get.

Couldn't have. Ukraine isn't part of NATO. It's just a European beneficiary.
🇺🇦🗣We discussed security guarantees, in particular, under the principle of Article 5 of NATO, — Zelensky Tomorrow, Witkoff will convey these proposals to the Russian side, after which Ukraine will wait for his response within 24 hours. 🇺🇦🇺🇸 Zelensky hopes to have another conversation with Rubio within 48 hours He said his conversation with the Secretary of State today is a necessary channel for discussing "sensitive issues" like Starlink and air defense missiles.

Ooo. Look at that. Passive aggressive changing of the tone, hm?
I spoke with Marco Rubio @SecRubio, and it was a substantive conversation – focused on the issues that matter. I am grateful for his readiness to help and his clear position. First, ballistic missile interceptors, which are needed to protect lives. Second, early warning of Russian ballistic missile attacks, which is vital. Third, the situation with Starlink/Starshield, which needs to be restored. Of course, all of this comes against the backdrop of our diplomatic efforts to end this horrific war and the constant killing of people. We agreed to get in touch again soon for an update. Thank you, Marco, for the constructive discussion! Thank you to everyone in America who supports fair approaches!

Just because he says it doesn't make it so.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the Pentagon is holding up the delivery of missiles Ukraine is due to receive under the PURL program.

These senators can't even understand their own computers/devices. Exactly HOW will they understand or confirm anything this technically complex? Just because Zelenskyy says it, doesn't make it so.
I will be speaking with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his team this week to discuss Starshield, sanctions, and other matters pertaining to the defense of our strong ally, Ukraine. I will be assuring President Zelenskyy that anyone who attempts to limit the use of Starshield for Ukraine will be fully investigated and will be held fully accountable, to include public congressional oversight hearings, and immediate harsh and punitive budget cuts to any responsible agency or agency head. Congress will unequivocally reaffirm that Ukraine is an indispensable ally to the United States, that Russia is a self-declared enemy of the United States, and that the United States will 100% support and defend the people of Ukraine in their fight for their own freedom against this brutal, illegal, and unprovoked Russian invasion. The United States must provide any and all defensive equipment that Ukraine needs to defend itself. The United States must not import a single drop of Russian oil. Sanctions against the Russian regime must be harsher and stronger than they’ve ever been before. Each and every one of these items will be brought to the House Floor—and each and every one of these items will pass on the House Floor by an overwhelming margin. This is, after all, what Ronald Reagan would do. And this is what we will do now. Ukraine can, and will, defeat Russia. #PeaceThroughStrength

You need to answer the question because alas, despite your assertions, it really isn't clear (and you know it ): Is the intended deterrent committing unlawful acts while in office, or accepting a position in an administration you oppose?
Spare me the pearl-clutching — especially from Republican Members of Congress and online MAGA grifters who have cheered President Trump's weaponization of the government against those he doesn’t like, as recently as last week. This is a subject I know something about: Less than a year ago, Trump directed the DOJ and FBI to investigate me, and then tried to criminally indict me for a 90 second video, exercising basic free speech. The same free speech you’re exercising now, lying about what I said in this clip. If not for an anonymous group of grand jury members standing up for America's laws, I’d be criminally indicted for sedition. President Trump has turned the government against people, with raucous support from you and virtually all D.C. Republicans. So spare us the manufactured outrage. America must be a place where the rule of law still matters. Those laws should apply to everyone equally. If you have aided in the corrupt use of U.S. taxpayer dollars to benefit the President or his family, or you have violated the law in order to carry out guidance from the President, you should be held accountable. And given how rampant that corruption appears to the average American, people looking to work for his Administration should realize that while the Supreme Court has granted the President immunity, it has not done the same for those who do illegal things at his behest.

Kirkpatrick's idea of a rebuttal only makes me ask the question: Why would Kirkpatrick present classified information to Congress about a program he says doesn't exist? Methinks he doth protest too much.
NEW: Two of the senior-most U.S. military intelligence officials tasked with investigating UFOs in recent years are accusing each other of grievous wrongdoing. Sean Kirkpatrick, former head of AARO, tells PARADIGM that he caught Jay Stratton, former head of the UAP Task Force, violating an unspecified "national security law." Kirkpatrick said that he presented Congress with information about the alleged law-breaking. Kirkpatrick made the allegation in response to a claim in Stratton's new book. Stratton, also a former senior military intel official, claims in the book that lawmakers have evidence that Kirkpatrick is "compromised and controlled" by people involved in a purported secret program to reverse-engineer alien technology. Stratton's rep did not immediately respond to questions. Kirkpatrick did not respond to follow-up questions. A person who investigated UFOs for the Senate and dealt with both men said they were not aware of evidence for either man's accusation about the other. Link below to more reporting on the claims in Stratton's new book about his time as the Pentagon's top UFO investigator.
