We are just trying to stay alive.
Every day is a new fight for survival… there is not enough water, no electricity, no medicine, and not even the minimum amount of food.
Prices have risen far beyond what we can afford, and it is no longer possible to continue without consistent monthly support.
We need around $4,500 per month to cover:
rent, water, alternative electricity, food, medicine, and all basic necessities.
Even a small monthly contribution can prevent us from collapsing.

Be the reason we survive ❤️
Netanyahu is desperate. I don't think he has any chance of remaining in power, except in one case: new elections.
Our people, the Arab citizens of Israel (the '48 Palestinians), tomorrow is your day to increase your representation.
No government, not even the most fascist, can ignore a political force represented by 16-17 Knesset members.
Voter turnout is the key to change… Go out and vote!
We won in Brazil. We want a similar scene tomorrow from Nazareth, Umm al-Fahm, and the Negev.
Congratulations to the Brazilian leader on this victory, a victory for the free people of the world who know the meaning of humanity. 🇧🇷
Our hearts are with President Lula da Silva as the second round of the Brazilian presidential election is currently underway.
His defeat would mean a shift in North America towards Israeli influence.
Lula is leading with 57.66% of the vote compared to 42.34% for Flávio Bolsonaro, who is backed by Israel and Trump, in preliminary results from the second round, after approximately 0.25% of polling stations have reported their results.
The vote count was halted after the Supreme Court extended voting by two hours. The initial results are coming mostly from Lula's strongholds in the north and east.
Bolsonaro won the first round with 47.03% of the vote compared to Lula's 45.16%.
In Serbia, the Students' Party unexpectedly won. This party isn't actually a political party, but rather a group of students who originated in university halls and later expanded through social media, challenging all the established Serbian parties. They aren't a party, they have no leadership, and they don't include well-known politicians. They are simply students who attracted important figures in society, neither from the ruling party nor the opposition. Furthermore, the students and all the young founders themselves were prohibited from running for office. This emerging phenomenon may explain everything. We may be witnessing the end of hierarchical parties and the rise of horizontal groups on the fringes of modern communication. New political forces are being created by Facebook.
Traditional parties seem to be becoming obsolete and are no longer the sole instruments for managing and competing for power. An alternative is emerging, provided by modern civilization, technology, and social media. While this phenomenon is sweeping through Serbia, in the rest of Europe, it's bringing people out into the streets to demonstrate without traditional parties behind this discontent. And globally, they are leading a global uprising against racist Israel.
Serbia is a model that explains what's to come.
And something similar I see forming among us Palestinians, facing factions that have become tiresome...
Students of the world, unite!
A FAMILY NEEDS YOUR HELP. 🏕️💔
Repairing one tent costs $650–$700 and this doesn’t include a kitchen or bathroom.
There is a family with no money to repair their tent. Every time it rains, their shelter is flooded, and their suffering begins again.
Please donate to help us repair their tent and protect them from the rain and flooding.
Even a small contribution can make a difference. Let’s give this family a safe place to live, with dignity and protection.
Please donate. Please share. Don’t leave this family alone.

The day after tomorrow, we will begin repairing the fourth tent—for the fourth and final family. According to the weather forecast, there is a possibility of rain starting next Tuesday, which is expected to last for five days. Please help and donate so that we can begin repairing this tent and construct a kitchen and a bathroom using wood and tarpaulins.

Today, I waited a whole hour outside the bakery to get bread for my family, but the seller refused to sell me more than two kilograms, even though I was also buying bread on behalf of two other families. When I returned to the tent, I was shocked to discover that the bread had been made from spoiled flour, with an unbearable smell and taste.nnEven bread, a basic staple for the poor, has become a daily struggle in Gaza!nnThe Israeli occupying forces must immediately allow flour, vegetables, fruits, and all food supplies to enter the Gaza Strip.
NO TO STARVATION.
No denying people their right to food!
The Bakers Association in the Gaza Strip warns that bakeries in the Strip will cease operations within 48 hours due to the depletion of flour and essential supplies.
How long?
How long?
Enough is enough!
Despite the announcement two days ago that the Kerem Abu Salem crossing had reopened, essential goods have yet to enter.
Prices are skyrocketing, and there is a complete absence of goods, most importantly vegetables and fruits.
#NoToStarvation
Although I am a clinical nutritionist specialist, war has taught me to become a carpenter, a plumber, and a fixer of almost everything. Every day, I learn a new skill just to survive. đź’”
We never chose this life. We never imagined that one day we would have to repair our own tents with our bare hands, mend the broken pieces of our lives, and try to create a sense of safety amid all this fear.
But despite everything, we will not surrender.
We will live with the simplest means available, make the most of what little we have, and hold on to hope for as long as we breathe.
War may change our profession and take away our homes, but it will never take away our will to live.
We will keep trying. We will keep living. Because we deserve to live. ❤️‍🩹🇵🇸
Can you imagine that setting up a tent with a small bathroom and a simple kitchen costs more than $1,000?
Even poor-quality tent wood costs $5 per kilo, six nails cost $1, and a 6 Ă— 4 metre waterproof tarp costs $65.
And even after managing to afford all these essentials, the tent needs repairs roughly every six months. What happens when you have been forced to flee 11 times in just three years? Each time, we lose part of what little we have and have to start all over again, as if our suffering will never end.
We are not asking for luxury. We are asking for a simple place to protect ourselves and our children from the rain and cold, and for a little stability after years of fear and exhaustion.
How long must we keep struggling for the most basic necessities of life? How many more times must we rebuild what displacement destroys?
We are exhausted, but we keep going for the sake of our children. Please don’t forget us. Your support and sharing our story could make a real difference in our lives. 💔🙏🫂
Work has begun on restoring the tents. We will continue until we have restored and repaired the tents of three families, and built toilets and a kitchen for each family.

I have a confession to make...
For a long time now, I’ve been feeling something strange. It isn’t depression or sadness. It’s something I can’t explain, and I don’t know when it began.
When I told a friend about it, they said they felt exactly the same way. I thought it was a coincidence, until I realized that we were all carrying the same bitterness.
You see them wandering the streets, walking as though they’re going somewhere, but you can’t tell whether they’re thinking about something or simply walking because they have to. Nothing sparks their curiosity anymore. Nothing surprises them. Someone might read the first line of a news story about an entire family being killed, put their phone away, and ask how much a kilo of tomatoes costs.
There is nothing surprising about that anymore.
I think about everything we’ve witnessed over the past three years, the faces we memorized before losing the people behind them, the images we’ve learned to scroll past, and the news stories we no longer bother to finish reading. I remember how we once mourned tragedies that had nothing to do with us, like the tragedy of Rayan, the Moroccan child.
How did we become so accustomed to the news of our own deaths?
My God, what has happened to us?
In the tents, people don’t have the luxury of stopping. They must search for water in the morning, find a way to afford food, count what little money remains, and worry about what they’ll do if one of their children falls ill tomorrow.
A grief that never ends.
We’ve grown tired of complaining, too. We already know what others will say, and we know we’ll repeat the same words tomorrow. The tents will remain tents, and what we’ve lost won’t return simply because we talk about it. So silence feels like the lesser harm to our hearts.
Two weeks ago, I asked an eleven-year-old boy selling tissues in the market why he wasn’t going to school.
He looked at me and said:
“And even if I went to school, what would change, sir? My mother and I wouldn’t find anyone to feed us. How would you and your education help me then?”
I didn’t know what to say. Damn it, he was right.
At eleven, he had already learned that feeding his bedridden mother, the only person he had left, mattered more than school, his future, or his dreams.
But there’s something else we rarely talk about.
Even when you decide to speak about your pain, you hesitate. You begin telling your story, then remember that the person listening has lost their home and family, or endured something worse than you have. So you shorten your story and say you’re fine.
Everyone wants to talk, but who has any room left to listen?
Two friends might sit together, each desperate to speak, only to exchange the same familiar question: “How are you?” They give the answers they’ve grown accustomed to giving and leave, while the words they came to share remain trapped in their chests.
I’ve given this phenomenon a name: **“Herd Numbness.”**
I don’t know if the name is accurate, or when all this began. I only know that we’ve seen too much, lost too much, and been forced to keep living, even on days when we weren’t sure we’d make it through.
For a long time, I’ve felt something strange. And whenever I try to understand it, I look around and realize that everyone else feels it, too.
I don’t know whether we’ve grown accustomed to what happened to us, or whether we simply no longer have the strength to feel it as deeply as we should. I don’t know if this unsettling silence brings relief, or if words themselves have nowhere left to go.
All I know is that we are no longer who we used to be.
And the strangest part is that when I look around, no one seems surprised.
The Rains Have Started in Gaza — We Cannot Wait! 🌧️
Rain has begun falling across Gaza, and we urgently need to repair and prepare the tents of three displaced families to protect them from the rain and cold. We will begin the work tomorrow, but we need your support now.
đź’” Because of the blockade, prices have become unbelievable. Imagine paying up to $1 for just three nails, if you can even find them! How can families repair their shelters under these conditions?
🙏 Please, don’t stop supporting us.
Donate whatever you can, share this appeal, and spread the word so our voices can reach those who are able to help.
Every hour of delay means more suffering for families struggling to protect their children from the rain.
❤️ Together, we can provide three families with safer shelter before the rain gets worse.
Please share, donate, and help us reach as many people as possible. 🤲
I hope everyone will share this post; it's important.
Hello everyone. Several families are currently living on my land. I have been covering the rent for my own family as well as for theirs, and I also provide drinking water and some basic necessities for everyone. However, these families lack food, and it breaks my heart every day to see them go to sleep without having had dinner. I have given everything I could, but I am no longer in a position to continue doing so. Could you please pass this message on to someone who might be able to provide them with a tent and some food? I feel embarrassed, but I am simply no longer able to help them, and I don’t know what to do. I would appreciate your advice on what steps I might take.
