✨GRIFFIN JAY LOWER ✨ We had his birthday party all planned out for Friday, but Griff decided to make a grand entrance of his own. December 8. 9:40am. 8lb 3oz. It’s been such a whirlwind, but Ian & I are so in love & are soaking up every single moment of this amazing journey. – at Seven Hills, OH

Also, shout out to the amazing L&D staff at @ClevelandClinic Fairview. We had the best doctors, nurses and staff from the moment we entered triage to our exit today. So thankful for everyone’s role along this journey. – at Seven Hills, OH

Someone please tell me I’m not the only millennial who adds smiley faces into emails if you’re trying to make sure the person likes you or isn’t mad at you…. 🫠

And btw there’s absolutely no reason the person would hate you. You just overthink everything 😬

I haven’t watched a single episode of the Bachelor or Bachelorette in YEARS…yet here I am falling into the trap of the #Bachelorette finale. This is whack. I don’t even know who’s who but I can’t seem to change the channel.
