Today 43 Republicans voted to keep insulin at $1200/mo instead of $35. Tomorrow every Republican will ask you to be outraged that gas is $5 instead of $3. In the GOP world, $1200 for life saving insulin in fair play but $5 for gas is an outrage. Vote them all out.

Senator Lana Theis accused me by name of grooming and sexualizing children in an attempt to marginalize me for standing up against her marginalizing the LGBTQ community...in a fundraising email, for herself. Hate wins when people like me stand by and let it happen. I won't.

That womens’ Olympic free skate has to be the most unsettling finish of any event I’ve ever seen. I feel sorry for the skaters.
Am I getting old and crotchety? Because all I kept thinking during the Super Bowl was about how much good could have been done with all the $$$ that was spent during that one broadcast.

Impossible to overstate Howard Hesseman’s influence on his and subsequent generations of improvisors. The first time I saw him on stage (Troubadour, ’71, with The Committee) I saw that he was the real deal. He was a friend for 50 years. 1/3
While I don’t advocate for medication or not and it is everyone’s personal decision to come to with a competent physician and therapist, this description of what medication acceptance looks like, from the fantastic @SaraBareilles is pretty spot on. Brave woman.
