I'm mad about mangroves. Bang for buck, they provide our best investment in nature based solutions on climate change, nature and improving prosperity for coastal communities.
Through @BlueVentures, we're protecting and restoring #mangroves in Madagascar and Indonesia.
This work is essential for maintaining healthy ecosystems and creating sustainable livelihoods 💚

It was good to talk to @theresecoffey & @MegTreth yesterday @Groundswellaguk about the value of hedgerows for biodiversity & carbon, and the Hedgerow Carbon Code developed by @AllertonProject 🌳
#NetZero #FoodFarmingEnvironment
Through our farming schemes we are funding farmers and landowners to plant more hedgerows, helping to meet our environmental target of 45,000 miles by 2050 🌍
Our new consultation seeks to gather views on how we can protect hedgerows even further.
