I think @base should create a truly global builder program 🌎🔵 Bring builders from countries around the world that can participate in the Base ecosystem, and handpick at least 3 builders from each country to represent where they’re from and what they’re building. Give them a real chance to build, connect with the Base team, get mentorship, share ideas, showcase their products, and receive meaningful support. There are talented builders everywhere — even in small countries that rarely get represented in global tech. Imagine builders representing 🇬🇩 🇳🇬 🇰🇪 🇧🇷 🇮🇳 🇵🇭 🇬🇧 and so many more, all building on Base. I genuinely think this could make someone in any country feel: “I can build on Base too.” Base is already a global builder community, but imagine taking it even further. And when I say “support from Base,” this is what I mean in my world: Product/team support. Mentorship. Introductions. Funding opportunities. Help with setting up an LLC, trademarks, EINs, etc. Help protecting and growing what builders create. Helping builders secure valuable X handles/domains. More opportunities to showcase what we’re building. Basically: connect directly with the real builders building on Base and help them become stronger companies. And honestly, the forking situation is something a lot of builders don’t like. Imagine Base creating stronger ways to protect, support, and spotlight the original builders behind these ideas. One idea I’d LOVE to see: 🔵 Base Builder Raffles Pick builders from around the world through a raffle and fly them to New York to pitch directly to the Base team. You get selected? Be ready. PowerPoint ready. Product ready. Demo ready. Pitch ready. Come to New York and tell Base exactly what you’re building and why it matters. That would be CRAZY. 😭🔵 Not just a global blockchain. A global builder network that actually shows up for its builders.
