Everyone's panicking about what AI will take. I'm more interested in what it can't. List what you did last week in plain verbs. Mark each "AI could do this" or "only I could do this". Circle the "only I" ones. That's your answer to "so what do you actually do?"

Hands up if you feel like a fraud at work? Doubt feels like a fact. It's a feeling. After a raise, write 3 lines: what you did, what it changed, who noticed. Read it when the doubt hits. The facts beat the feeling every time.

You can text 911 in parts of the US. About 60% of emergency centers offer it, so check your area before you need it. Say where you are first, keep it short, and call if you can safely talk. Tag someone who should know.

Your work doesn't speak for itself. It never did, and AI can't do this part for you. This week, book 15 minutes with someone who has a say in your next role. Tell them one thing you delivered. Ask what they'd need to see to put you forward.
