Sharing this post because I like the account. The gurus (and the companies who want to charge you for it) will tell you it's pointless. 😉 But lending a hand to another account is never a bad thing.

Members of The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces volunteers proudly turned out to support London Poppy Day 2026, raising vital funds for the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal. Remembering those who served and sacrificed. 🌺

Just walked through Liverpool Street station and the Gurkha British Army brass band were playing, soldiers and volunteers were selling poppies. It felt very British and very patriotic.
Sadly very few people appeared to be buying them, and looking around I would guess maybe 1-20 were wearing them and the vast majority who were, were over 40+
It’s a sad state of affairs that through years of left wing indoctrination in our schools and uncontrolled immigration of people who hate us , that one of our greatest traditions is dying out.
Please buy and wear a poppy with pride .
